PAYMENT

The appointment will not be considered confirmed until payment is received and therefore the slot can be booked by another client. Payment must be received to consider that the appointment is reserved. All purchases are final. There are no refunds on completed sessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted for any cancellation not made within 24 hours of the actual appointment time.
